What happens when we work together
Jacqui undertakes integrative, client-centered, neurodiversity affirming therapy and assessments, ensuring tailored care that acknowledges the complexities and interconnections of these conditions. She understands how unique each individual’s journey, circumstances, condition/s, way of learning and personalities are, so she ensures that therapy is tailored to meet each individual's needs and goals.
Initial assessment
In the initial assessment, we will discuss your medical and health history, one that has likely been long, emotional and arduous, to gain insight into the interaction between the mind, nervous system and the complexity of our other internal and external environment. This may take 1-2 sessions depending on the complexity.
Your program & supports
Subsequent consultations involve discussing a thorough personalised plan and a large variety of therapeutic neuroscience education, tips, tricks, tools and lifestyle management strategies so that you can begin to take back control of your health.
Long term plans
Depending on your goals and needs, we may work together for a short period of time or it may be ongoing for a while. This is dependent on multiple factors.
